Personal Intelligence Operations System
PIOS ingests your own sources - documents, transcripts, OSINT extracts, case files - and returns answers grounded in them, with inline citations and extraction confidence. Nothing is routed via the public internet, and nothing is ever used to train models.
What it does
Each operator gets their own encrypted tenancy. Keys are scoped to you and revocable on compromise. No shared multi-tenant storage - ever.
Documents, transcripts, OSINT extracts, photograph metadata, case notes - ingested into a structured knowledge graph with source provenance preserved per atom.
Every answer carries its receipts: the source document, the page number, the extraction confidence and the timestamp. If we can't cite it, we don't claim it.
Mask sensitive identifiers on ingestion. Maintain compartments with strict need-to-know sharing - important when multiple analysts work the same case.
Entities, relationships and events extracted into a graph you can query - without ever uploading the underlying text to the public internet.
Every query, every sharing action, every ingestion event is logged with actor and timestamp - supports internal review and regulated-sector audits.
Read-only access to your vault when connectivity fails; synchronisation on return. Essential for field operators and hostile-environment work.
Your data is never used to train our models, or any model. Deletion windows are configurable per tenancy and enforced cryptographically.
Who it’s for
PIOS exists because the commercial AI assistants aren't an option for sensitive work. It gives analysts, private offices and regulated-sector professionals the speed and pattern-recognition of an LLM - without the leakage risk, the training exposure or the chain-of-custody loss.
PIOS | request access
PIOS is provisioned per operator. Tell us about the scope, sensitivity and scale you're working with - a member of the PIOS team will reply within one UK business day with tenancy and onboarding details.
